As a Waiter/Waitress, you are the face of El Gaucho. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service that creates memorable dining experiences for every guest. You’ll welcome guests, guide them through the menu, serve food and drinks, and ensure their satisfaction from start to finish.

- Welcome guests warmly and deliver attentive, professional service.

- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks with care.

- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

- Maintain strong menu and wine knowledge to guide recommendations.

- Set, clear, and reset tables to brand standards.

- Support teammates and keep the station clean and organized.

• Thai nationality, with the ability to speak, read, and write Thai.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Positive, polite, and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay focused, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and multitask.
• Strong memory and willingness to learn and confidently present menu knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.

Employment Type: Fulltime

- Salary ranges from 13,000 Baht to 15,000 Baht per month, with additional income from competitive service charge and tips.
